Return Policy: General The following are the terms of the product return and cancellation policy between the Chen Group and purchasers of the company's products via the company's website, as published there from time to time (hereinafter: product or products). Cancellation of a transaction or return of a product 1. A user who purchased a product via the website (hereinafter: the purchaser) is obliged to inspect the product he purchased immediately upon receipt. 2. Cancellation of a transaction: 2.1. A purchaser shall be entitled to cancel a transaction and return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase of the product or from the date of receipt of the product for him, whichever is later, in accordance with the provisions of this policy, provided that the conditions detailed below are met: 2.1.1. The product is not damaged and has not been used; 2.1.2. The product is packaged in its original packaging; 2.1.3. The purchaser has attached the purchase invoice, cash register receipt or exchange slip indicating the actual execution of the transaction with the company or – to the extent that the purchaser indicates that he does not have it, any other proof, to the satisfaction of the company, regarding the actual execution of the transaction, its date, the amount paid for it and the means of payment; Notwithstanding the foregoing, people with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants are entitled to cancel a transaction within 2 months from the date of making the transaction, receiving the product or a document summarizing the details of the transaction, whichever is later. 2.3. A purchaser who wishes to exercise the right to cancel the transaction is required to notify the company of the cancellation of the transaction for the purchase of the product and shall provide the following details: his full name, ID card, product name, date of purchase, means of communication with him, as well as a document as stated in section 2.1.3 above (hereinafter: cancellation notice). 2.4. The purchaser shall transmit the cancellation notice in writing or orally, by contacting the company via the means of contact specified in Section 5 below. 3. Refund: 3.1. In the event of cancellation of a transaction by the purchaser, a refund will be given less the amounts specified in Section 3.2 below. In the event of cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the product, a discrepancy between the product and the details provided to the customer regarding the product, failure to deliver on the specified date or any other material breach by the company in connection with the product (hereinafter: discrepancy), the company will refund, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, that part of the transaction price paid by the purchaser, to the extent paid, will cancel the charge for the transaction, will provide a copy of the cancellation notice and will not charge the purchaser an additional amount. 3.2. Amounts that may be deducted (except in cases of cancellation due to discrepancy): 3.2.1. Cancellation fees: The Company may charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS, whichever is lower. 3.3. Date of refund of the consideration paid: The refund will be made by the Company as close as possible to the date of cancellation of the transaction and in any case no later than 7 business days from the date of cancellation of the transaction and receipt of the product at its disposal. 3.4. Method of refund of the consideration paid: The refund will be made in the same manner in which the payment was made and in accordance with the details below: 3.4.1. Cash payment - the refund will be in cash or by cash check; 3.4.2. Credit card payment - the Company will act to cancel the charge subject to the approval of the credit card company or, if the Company's account is credited or the charge cannot be canceled or a credit can be made through the credit card company, the refund will be in cash or by cash check. 4.
